DESCRIPTION

This project involved creating engaging recipe videos showcasing Brasswood Restaurant’s signature cocktails. The videos aimed to enhance the restaurant’s online presence and attract more customers by highlighting the craftsmanship and unique offerings of their cocktail menu. The project included filming, editing, and adding sound and text to the videos, which were then posted on Brasswood’s social media platforms.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Videographer: Collaborated with the General Manager and bartender to plan and film the cocktail-making process. Captured high-quality footage that showcased the ingredients, techniques, and presentation of each cocktail. Ensured proper lighting, angles, and framing to create visually appealing videos.
• Video Editor: Edited the raw footage to create polished and engaging recipe videos. Added background music, sound effects, and text overlays to enhance the viewing experience. Ensured the videos were concise, informative, and visually cohesive with the restaurant’s brand.
• Project Collaborator: Worked closely with the General Manager to ensure the videos accurately represented the restaurant’s brand and cocktail offerings. Conducted multiple reviews and adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired quality and impact. Maintained open communication with all team members to ensure smooth project execution.
